Network Rail works at Bromsgrove, Autumn 2016
If you're thinking of travelling by train in Worcestershire County between Wednesday 26th October 2016 and Sunday 6th November 2016 you need to be aware that Network Rail is carrying out major infrastructure works to the railway between Birmingham, Barnt Green and Bromsgrove.
The line will be closed at Bromsgrove for the duration and there will be significant, widespread impacts on rail services in the County during this time. You are strongly advised to check your train times on either the London Midland website or the National Rail website.
Bromsgrove Rail Station
Worcestershire County Council and Centro jointly funded a new railway interchange in Bromsgrove to replace the existing station. This was done in partnership with the Department for Transport and Network Rail. Read more

Worcestershire County Council is proud to be part of West Midlands Rail - a consortium of local authorities seeking to influence the West Midlands Rail franchise by entering into a joint management arrangement with the Department for Transport to devolve certain responsibilities for rail services covered by the franchise.
